About me

Marta Lucarelli — Founder of BALLET barre München

I have been deeply connected to classical dance from an early age. I began dancing and performing classical dance at just nine years old and continued until the age of 24. Classical ballet became an important part of my education and shaped not only my movement, but also my understanding of discipline, technique and performance.

Throughout my years of practising classical dance I developed extensive knowledge and my own teaching methods, and I bring both into my work at BALLET barre München. I combine that experience with a precise and attentive approach, to help my students develop their technique and their performance.

I am attentive and demanding in equal measure. I pay close attention to every detail, from posture and alignment to movement quality and execution. My goal is that every student keeps improving and leaves the studio a little better than she came in.
